Equality between men and women is one of the fundamental principles of European Union law, it means  to ensure the same opportunities without  sex discrimination. Specific actions and “gender mainstreaming” to fight for women rights by our Institution into uncomfortable situations.

Information and sensitization  are necessary to act social, educational help so we work with a professional team, in strict confidence and direct confident dialogue.

European Commission gives new priorities in men and women equality, in all  work places  in the world, in research ( 25% more women in important work assignments), inside the European Court. (2010-2015).
